The war in Ukraine is reigniting fears of a radioactive dirty bomb. Recently, New York City released a chilling PSA on surviving radioactive fallout. A dirty bomb exploding in New York City could force the evacuation of millions of people. But it may surprise you that there are designated fallout shelters in towns across the United States from the Cold War. Inside Edition's Steven Fabian toured a fallout shelter in the basement of a public library in New Jersey.
