How Donnie Wahlberg Transitioned From NKOTB to Acting

In the 1990s, Donnie Wahlberg was known as the bad boy in New Kids on the Block, but by the end of the decade, he had set his sights on acting. In 1997, long before he married Jenny McCarthy, Inside Edition visited 27-year-old Wahlberg on the set of “Body Count.” He discussed growing up in Boston and his career change. Asked whether there would be a NKOTB reunion, he said it wasn’t time yet. “Someday maybe,” he said.
