Quiche Becomes King Charles' Official Coronation Dish

King Charles selected quiche with "spinach, broad beans and tarragon" as his official coronation dish. Although the dish is affordable and easy to make, many are saying the royal recipe is not very good. The Washington Post even calls it  "a royal mess." Head chef at London's iconic Dorchester Hotel, Tom Booton, recommends baking the pastry crust for 35 minutes instead of 15 minutes. Also, he suggests replacing half the milk in the filling with cream cheese.
