Mini Frenchie Stolen at Gunpoint Outside School in Broad Daylight

A mini French Bulldog named Ulan was stolen at gunpoint in broad daylight. It happened at 10 a.m. in front of a California middle school. Parents of kids at the school couldn’t believe it. “Here we are in Canoga Park, which is supposed to be a safe neighborhood, and our kids are taking about gunfire,” said one mom. The victim, a man who doesn’t want to be identified out of fear of retaliation, says two masked men jumped out of a red car to steal the dog. The suspects are still on the loose.
