The incident happened at a New York July 4th parade, where tossing water balloons is a long-standing tradition in the town of Stuart Manor. When Long Island's Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman dried off, he tweeted: "The Mets & the Yankees could certainly use her!" The little girl with the amazing aim is Alexa Cardona. She managed to throw the water balloon from more than 30 yards.
