NY Police Questioned Robert Card Months Before He Killed 18 in Maine Shooting

Months before a man went on a shooting spree in Maine, killing 18 people, he was confronted by police in New York. Army reservist Robert Card was questioned by state police officers after fellow reservists called because of his behavior. Card told the officers that he heard people talking about him behind his back, but when he would confront them, they would deny they said.
