Pandas and Alpacas Beat the Heat in Creative Ways at Shanghai Zoo

Animals at the Shanghai Wild Animal Park took on blazing temperatures in some unique ways with a little help from zookeepers. Giant pandas, red pandas and even alpacas got some cool treats to help them cool down. They're using blocks of ice to keep everybody chilled! With no end to the heat wave in sight, keepers also plan to feed the animals fruits and veggies with high water content to relieve the summer heat.
