Shaquille O'Neal Ties $500 to Balloons and Releases Them for His 46th Birthday

When it's a basketball legend's big day, everybody wins! To thank his fans for their birthday wishes, former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal sent a collection of balloons high into the sky. In a video posted to social media, the now-46-year-old released the balloons, with $500 attached, saying, "It's my birthday and I'm gonna do something special for somebody."
