Sloth Recovering From Burns After Vets in Brazil Use Fish Skin for Grafts

Buba the sloth got burned when he tried to climb an electric pole in Brazil. Vets there are helping him recover using parts of another animal, fish. Dehydrated and sanitized skin from tilapia are being used as grafts for sloths and monkeys who have been hurt by electric poles. Buba’s doctor says he is responding well to the treatment.
