Suspected ‘Hazmat Killer’ Arrested After Armed Robberies: Cops

The so-called “Hazmat Killer” has been arrested. Police in New York City say they nabbed the suspect, 39-year-old Kimond Cyrus, after getting a tip from someone claiming they saw him take off on a dark colored scooter. The scooter is what detectives say he rode off on after 3 armed robberies and a homicide. At one crime scene, a bodega employee was shot and killed.
