Woman Open Fire During Road Rage Incident

Nazly Ortiz and Benjamin Greene were arrested by Texas cops after Ortiz shot at a car with a toddler inside. The shooting occurred due to a road rage incident. It's the latest in a national road rage epidemic. In 2021, 500 people were killed or wounded in road rage-related incidents. In Portland Oregon, police say a gunman killed a 45-year-old father over his windshield washer spray allegedly landing on the suspect's car. An expert says the uptick in road rage is partly due to the pandemic.
