Arson Suspect Allegedly 'Harbored Hate' Towards Governor Shapiro

A 38-year-old mechanic is in custody after police say he set fire to Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's mansion. Cody Balmer's mother says he suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Police say he broke a window of the mansion and threw firebombs into the building. Balmer turned himself in on Monday and has been charged with attempted murder, terrorism and arson. He may also face federal charges.
