Jury Finds Top Surgeon Guilty of Voluntary Manslaughter

A Massachusetts jury found a surgeon guilty of voluntary manslaughter.  German-born Harry Tuerk admitted strangling his wife Katy to death. They had recently reconciled after separating. Tuerk says a fight was triggered when his wife saw a text sent to him from another woman. He says she lashed out, but he also testified that he "snapped." Dr. Tuerk cried as the verdict was read.
