Whale Found Swimming With Harness May Have Escaped Russian Military Facility

Did a beluga whale give away Russia's secrets? The whale was found swimming in Arctic Norway by a bunch of fisherman. The animal caught their eyes because it seemed to be tied up in something. A closer inspection showed a harness was tightly clipped around its body. The Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries says "Equipment St. Petersburg" was written on the harness and it featured a mount for an action camera. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
