Playing Meghan Markle Says Her Child Will Be a Champion for Women

Meghan Markle stepped out in style on International Women's Day.

The Duchess of Sussex wowed in a black-and-white dress, defying royal protocol by showing off some serious leg as she sat down.

Meghan spent the day doing what she's passionate about — empowering women. She participated in a panel discussion in London on women's issues.

"If things are wrong and there is a lack of justice and an inequality, then someone needs to say something ... and why not me?" Meghan told the audience.

She also joked about the impact her soon-to-be royal heir will have on society.

"I feel the embryonic kick of feminism. Boy or girl, whatever it is, we hope that's the case."

Meghan and husband Prince Harry are expecting their first child this spring.
