It's quite the wake up call.
A mother in Michigan was so fed up with trying to get her son out of bed for school, she called the cops.
Crystal Towns said her 14-year-old son, Zachary, blamed his sister for not waking him up in time last week.
That was the last straw for Towns, who called Grand Blanc West middle school’s resource officer. The officer came and picked the teenager up and took him to school.
“I’m pretty lazy, can’t lie I like to sleep in,” Zachary told WEYI. "I don't think I should've pushed my mom's limits because that's the 100th time I've done it this year."
Crystal maintains her son is not a bad kid, and hopes this experience will serve as a lesson for Zachary and others. "I did what I needed to do I would do it all over again and feel good about it," she said.
