Once-Abandoned Otter Celebrates Her 5th Birthday at Aquarium
Chloe had her favorite treats on her special day.
It was an otter-ly delightful birthday party for Chloe at a California aquarium.
The otter turned 5 in style with a large group of visitors during a birthday celebration Sunday at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach.
Although it was a happy day, life hasn’t always easy for Chloe.
She was orphaned, stranded, rescued and deemed non-releasable to the wild before arriving at the aquarium in 2013.
But life has since turned around for the pup, as she is now thriving.
Guests donned birthday hats for the celebration and Chloe ate her favorite foods.
Her otter friends — Brook, Charlie, Betty and Ollie — also joined in on the celebration.
