Plane With No Front Wheels Makes Emergency Landing in Myanmar

All passengers and crew made it safely off the plane.
A plane was forced into an emergency — and miraculous — landing Sunday without any front wheels.
The Myanmar National Airlines passenger jet was carrying 82 passengers and seven crew members when its front landing gear didn't deploy, officials said. So the captain dumped fuel to lighten the plane and made an emergency landing at Mandalay International Airport.
The plane glided down to the runway on its back wheels. The front of the plane then hit the ground and scraped the tarmac as it came to a stop.
All passengers and crew made it safely off the plane.
“Myanmar National Airlines would like to express our deepest appreciation to all the passengers onboard and our crews,” the airline said in a statement.
