Searchers looking for the Kentucky mom last seen leaving a bar with three men have taken to corn fields and a bridge to scour for clues that may lead them to the missing woman, officials said.

On what should have been a day to celebrate Savannah Spurlock’s 23rd birthday, the team, comprised of volunteer K-9 units and family friends, including several former Marines, gathered Tuesday to search for the young woman.

"We continue to pray and search for Savannah," the crew wrote on Facebook over the weekend. "Our team is still very active, we won't stop until this beautiful lady is home. Say a prayer please."

A search was sent to resume at the Kentucky River Thursday, the station reported.

Spurlock, who gave birth to twins in December, was last seen on surveillance footage Jan. 4 leaving the Other Bar in Lexington with three met officials said she met that night. Her last known location was about 40 miles from the bar at a home in Garrard County, where authorities said one of the men told them they took Spurlock.

The man reportedly told police Spurlock left the home early that morning, but investigators said they have not been able to determine the veracity of that claim. Spurlock’s phone has apparently been turned off since 8:30 a.m. that morning.

“I think the guys she was with know more than they are saying,” her mother, Ellen Spurlock, told the Lexington Herald-Leader. “Their story doesn’t make sense. She left with no money, no car, no coat, no phone in a different county than where she lives. It’s not like her.”

Police have not identified any suspects in Spurlock’s disappearance and no charges have been filed against any of the three men with whom police said Spurlock was last seen. Two vehicles apparently associated with the men have undergone forensic testing, but authorities do not plan to release their findings.

Spurlock is 5 feet tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown eyes, shoulder-length brownish blond hair and multiple tattoos, including a rose on her left shoulder. Her tattoos also include “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” on the right side of her midsection and “I’m her daughter” on her back. She was last seen wearing a black sleeveless top, a maroon skirt and high heels.
