From Sexy Lingerie to a Fallen Angel, the Glamorous Goings-On From the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Harry Styles stepped in to perform, replacing Katy Perry, who had been barred from entering China.

It was a night of glitz and glamour for many at this year's Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but one angel was quickly brought back down to earth when she suffered an embarrassing tumble while walking the runway.

Model Ming Xi tripped over her skirt and fell to her knees mid-runway during the taping of this year’s show in Shanghai.

But Xi, who has walked in the show for the past five years, was all smiles as she regained her balance with the help of fellow supermodel Gizele Oliveira.

The audience of 18,000 cheered as she continued down the runway as if the fall never happened.

It was one of the many memorable moments from the evening full of feathers, thigh-high boots and cutting-edge fashion.

It’s so exciting; I feel nervousness in my stomach,” model Jasmine Tookes told Inside Edition.

“I’m so excited, I have the jitters... and kind of freaking out,” model Martha Hunt added as she got ready.

An army of stylists helped the models with their hair and makeup.

“I’m getting a lot of extensions,” Hunt said. “Makes me feel like a goddess.”

“It’s really about letting your inner beauty shine,” Karlie Kloss said.

Harry Styles performed during the event, stepping in for Katy Perry, who was denied a visa and therefore prohibited from entering China.

Styles was joined by pop singer Miguel, as well as Leslie Odom Jr., who performed a song from the Broadway blockbuster Hamilton.

The show was Alessandra Ambrosio’s 17th and her last, as the 36-year-old model said she planned to devote more time to her two children and her acting career.
