A Texas man died in a car crash while trying to chase down a gunman who had just killed his relative.
A Texas man died in a car crash while trying to chase down a gunman who had just killed his cousin.
The horrifying scene unfolded early Wednesday morning as a man was fatally shot inside a Dallas home, according to Fox News.
The relative, who has not been identified, jumped into his SUV and went after the shooter. He was killed when he crashed the truck into a utility pole, less than a mile from the home.
Another relative, who joined the chase on a motorcycle, was also hurt in the accident.
The motorcycle-riding relative was taken to the hospital with injuries. Authorities have not yet identified any of the family members.
Authorities are still searching for the gunman.
