There is reportedly surveillance video showing Nipsey Hussle’s accused killer take off in what may be a getaway car, right after allegedly shooting the rapper.

TMZ is reporting it has seen the video. In it, TMZ reports, Eric Holder can allegedly be seen running down an alley into a waiting car. Once he gets into the passenger seat, the driver takes off.

TMZ had reported that the driver was a woman and that two days after Nipsey, whose real name is Ermias Asghedom, was killed, the LAPD interviewed her and then allowed her to leave. TMZ did not report the relationship between the driver and Holder.

Police have not publicly released any information on the car's driver.

The LAPD and Los Angeles County district attorney are still investigating the case. Authorities say the driver insists they did not know Holder’s intent or that he was armed. Holder was charged with murder and has pleaded not guilty.

Nipsey was shot on Mar. 31 in front of his store, The Marathon Clothing, in Los Angeles. The Grammy-nominated artist also invested in his community, opening a STEM center for youth in L.A.
