This otter mom is learning first hand that twins can be quite a handful — or, in her case, a mouthful.

Cai, an Asian small-clawed otter living at the Kansas City Zoo, was caught on camera trying with great difficulty to gather her two newborn pups.

The otter twins, male Conner and female Clover, were born last month and are growing quickly, zookeepers said.

Their dad, Ian, and older brother Otis, had no interest in helping the poor mom with the babies.
