And award for cutest acceptance speech ever goes to...
Nine-year-old Jacob Tremblay, the star of Room, charmed the audience at the Critics' Choice Awards after he was named Best Young Actor on Sunday night.
“This is super cool!” he told the crowd as he stood on a box to speak into the microphone. Actor Bradley James, who was on stage to present the award, helped by tilting the mic towards him.
"This is the best day of my life," Tremblay continued. "I first want to say thank you to all the critics who voted for me. It must be a super hard vote because of all the other great actors in this category.
"I think that us working together made this movie come true. And this award doesn't just go to me for that, it goes to all of you guys as well.”
He delighted the crowd by adding: "And I know where to put this … right on the shelf right beside my Millennium Falcon."
