According to the New York Daily News, the rapper became jealous after spotting his bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, chatting with his wife, Kim Kardashian, outside her hotel room on the 36th floor of the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan.

An eyewitness told the newspaper that "Kanye just lost it."

Stanulis is a former NYPD officer and actor who has also worked as a bodyguard for Leonardo DiCaprio.

He denies flirting with Kardashian. "I’m a happily married man with three children and I have no comment," he said.

According to the Daily News, a source close to West has also called the report "untrue." "No changes have been made to the security team," the source reportedly said.

The musician has not commented on the matter but took to Twitter after the event to thank his fashion team and Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour for the night.

Also following the event, designer Zac Posen is spilling the secrets on how he got Claire Danes’ dress to light up. It took 30 battery packs to illuminate the LED lights that were attached to special custom-ordered French fabric.

“The dress is hollow inside,” Posen told Good Morning America. “It’s as light as possible.”

The dress was crafted to fit the theme of “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology.”

“I’m interested in that place, where the past and the future meet, because that’s universal and that hits a cord around the world to women and girls and men,” Posen said. “Just recognizing beauty and a magic moment and fantasy and technology."
