Woman Freely Admits Killing Boyfriend 35 Years After She Killed Previous Beau

A New Jersey woman who killed a boyfriend more than 30 years ago admitted to stabbing to death another beau.
She killed before, and then she killed again, and now she apparently wants to just get on with the next phase of her life.
“I’m guilty,” 57-year-old Edna White of Trenton, New Jersey, told Judge Robert Billmeier. “So what else can I do?” The Trentonian reported.

White was convicted in 1980 of stabbing a boyfriend to death and was sentenced to 15 years in prison, authorities said. On Monday, she pleaded guilty to stabbing to death her then-lover, Dwelle Clark, on Valentine’s Day.
She expressed no remorse at Monday’s plea hearing, and appeared more bothered that her sentencing date won’t take place before Christmas, the paper reported.
She told the judge she wanted to be sent to state prison as soon as possible because she dislikes county jail.

White faces up to 13 years behind bars for stabbing her ex-boyfriend when she is sentenced next month. Her plea deal saved her from a murder charge.
The woman said she stabbed Clark in the chest after he struck her during an argument that started when he discovered White rummaging through his mother’s purse.
