She revealed the big news in a People magazine cover story entitled "Meet My Little Girl."
The actress told the magazine: "The exact right children came to me at the exact right time."
She said she started considering another adoption about three years ago when her son told her: "I’m gonna have a baby soon. I don't know its name yet, but it's coming."
“They were meant to be together,” Sandra told the magazine. "It's like they have always been together."
The Blind Side actress and her children posed for photos taken by her boyfriend, photographer Bryan Randall. The cover shot shows only the back of Laila while Louis’ face is also partially hidden.
