See the former late night comedian's new look.

A nearly unrecognizable David Letterman was spotted with a bushy grey beard working up a sweat while on a jog on the Caribbean Island of St. Barts.

It is quite a different look from just 10 months ago when he said goodbye on The Late Show.

With his fresh shaved head and Santa Claus-esque beard, the TV icon was seen walking around in a Ball State T-shirt, his college alma mater.

The university was so excited that he was representing them, they tweeted a thank you:
