Uma Thurman Feeling 'Violated' by Unwanted Kiss From Fiat Heir Lapo Elkann
The actress has been spotted in NYC for the first time since shocking smooch at amfAR Gala.
Uma Thurman has arrived back in New York City, appearing in public for the first time since Fiat heir Lapo Elkann planted a kiss on her mouth at a party during the Cannes Film Festival.
The Kill Bill actress said she was left feeling "violated" by the kiss, which was "not consensual."
The images of the actual kiss have been pulled by the photo agency licensing them at the "request of someone."
The Pulp Fiction actress’ rep issued a statement about the incident: "It is opportunism at its worst. She wasn't complicit in it. Somewhere in his head he must have thought it an appropriate way of behaving. It clearly wasn't."
Thurman, 46, was hosting a charity auction at amfAR’s star-studded Cinema Against AIDS gala when the 38-year-old Italian businessman planted one on her, cigarette still in hand.
