Days Before He Turns 69, Rolling Stones Guitarist Ronnie Wood's Wife, 38, Gives Birth to Twins

It is Wood's first children with Humphreys, whom he married in 2012.

Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood has proven he can get some satisfaction after all, becoming a father to twins just days before his 69th birthday.

The rocker’s wife, Sally Humphreys, 38, gave birth to twin daughters on Monday.

In a statement Tuesday, the couple said they were “delighted to announce the birth of their twins Gracie Jane (6lb) & Alice Rose (5.7lb). The girls arrived on 30 May at 10.30pm and all are doing brilliantly. The babies are perfect.”

It is Wood’s first children with Humphreys whom he married in 2012 when he was exhibiting his art at a London gallery. 

Wood has one son, Jesse, 39, with his first wife, the ex-model Krissy Findlay.

He also has a daughter, Leah, 37, and a son, Tyrone, 32, from his second marriage to ex-wife Jo Wood. He also adopted Jamie, 41, who is Jo's son from a previous marriage.
