Jetsetters: The Obamas Vacation on Richard Branson's Private Caribbean Island
They just left California for the Caribbean.
Post-presidency life is good for Barack and Michelle Obama, have escaped the poor weather of their California vacation for something a little more tropical.
They landed Monday night in the British Virgin Islands, where a motorcade brought them to a boat and sent them to Necker Island, which is privately owned by businessman and entrepreneur Richard Branson.
Branson's privately owned Falcon 900EX airplane flew them from California to the Virgin Islands Monday. When they landed, the Obamas graciously posed for photos with some of the airport staff.
