Simone Biles Gets a Sneak Peek at the Festivities as NFL Preps for Sunday's Super Bowl
The director of NFL event operations said they have been 'working for months.'
Five days ahead of the big game, gymnastics champion Simone Biles has gotten an inside look at the all the preparation at NRG Stadium in Houston for the Super Bowl.
The Olympic gold medalist, who has been Inside Edition’s special Super Bowl correspondent, got a tour of the Houston stadium from Eric Finkelstein, director of NFL event operations.
"We have been working for months," Finkelstein said. "We have had meetings to get everything ready."
While the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons are the main event, everyone wants to know more about Lady Gaga's halftime extravaganza.
“There are a lot of moving parts and elements involved in the show,” he said. “I have not had the pleasure of seeing her practice or get ready but as I understand it, she is going to be ready for Sunday.”
But as Finkelstein says, "This is a halftime show you do not want to miss."
Biles also got a quick sampling of the food they'll be offering, like a chicken steak, a pot roast sandwich, steak sandwich and brisket sandwich.
But for Biles, it's all about the fried pickles.
