Jamie Foxx Says He Was the Target of Racial Slurs While at Dinner

Oscar winner Jamie Foxx says he was the victim of racial insults that were hurled at him while he was out to dinner in Croatia.

Foxx was at a restaurant in Dubrovnik Sunday when he says two men made racial remarks at him.
Two local men were escorted out of the restaurant after they allegedly called the actor the "N" word.
Croatian police have filed disorderly conduct charges against the two men, According to reports. The suspects were two men, ages 50 and 44. Police say the older man "insulted one of the guests on racial grounds."

Foxx initially posted about the incident on Instagram but later deleted them. The Ray star is currently in the country filming the movie, Robin Hood: Origins, where he will portray Little John. The film is being produced by Leonardo DiCaprio.
