After Birth of Twins, Beyonce and Jay-Z Renting 10-Bedroom Malibu Mansion for $400G a Month

The giant house even has a name, La Villa Contenta.
Beyonce and Jay-Z are enjoying their newborns in a lavish California mansion overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The 6.3-acre estate boasts 10 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a 250-square-foot swimming area. The palatial home is called “La Villa Contenta” and has been featured in HBO’s True Blood.
The private property, which will help shield the famous family from the public eye, also has a 2,500-year-old lion’s head bust that was discovered at the base of Mount Vesuvius and sits near the front door, according to reports.
The Carter family will reportedly be living in the massive Malibu rental, which costs them $400,000-per-month, until August.
Beyonce gave birth to twins last week at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. The children were reportedly delivered via Cesarean section.
Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles, was photographed arriving on the sprawling property Sunday to visit her new grandbabies.
