30 Injured in South Carolina College Party Floor Collapse
The shindig at Clemson got a little too deep.
Dozens of revelers were injured early Sunday when the floor collapsed beneath them at a South Carolina college party.
Footage of the aftermath has circulated on social media and shows a pile of human beings who've just tumbled down a story into the floor below.
Police said 30 people suffered injuries in the collapse, which occurred during a party for Clemson University's Homecoming Weekend.
Woodlands Property Management President Tal Slann told Inside Edition affiliate WYFF that attendees where dancing in the clubhouse of the Woodlands of Clemson apartment complex when the floor caved in.
Clemson Police Chief Jimmy Dixon said no one was trapped following the incident, nor did any victim sustain life-threatening injuries.
The 30 people were transported to area hospitals after officials said Clemson University Fire set up a triage at the scene.
“I'm monitoring the situation, and my thoughts and prayers are with all who were injured," Clemson University president Jim Clements said in a statement. "Our entire student support system will be available for any student impacted."
