Cuba Gooding Jr. turned himself in at a Manhattan police precinct on Thursday.
He was arrested and charged with forcible touching after a 30-year-old woman said he grabbed her breast at a nightclub on Sunday.
According to reports, the woman said Gooding was "highly intoxicated" at the time. She said she was handing him a glass of water to sober up and then he groped her. Police reportedly said they've reviewed security camera footage from the club that supports the woman's story.
Videos from the evening in question show Gooding in a festive mood, singing karaoke and posing for selfies with fans.
As he was being booked, a second woman came forward claiming Gooding grabbed her buttocks at a Manhattan restaurant in 2008.
Gooding denied both allegations against him and insisted video in connection with the most recent allegation will exonerate him.
“I trust the system and I’m going to let the process speak for itself,” Gooding told a photographer when asked about the incident. “There’s a tape that shows what really happened. You have to have faith in what people say."
Gooding's attorney told TMZ he has viewed the security camera footage in question and said it shows "absolutely no criminality taking place on the part of my client."
