Did a "Bachelorette" contestant really father 114 children?

Hannah Brown's season of the show kicks off May 13 after she was rejected by Colton Underwood on "The Bachelor," and boy, have producers really picked some interesting candidates for her.

Among them is 25-year-old Matteo Valles, who claims to be a "sperm donor who has helped create 114 children." He also says he can chug a gallon of milk in 10 seconds.

But is it really possible to have fathered 100-plus kids?

Inside Edition asked Scott Brown with the California Cryobank, who said that there is a cap put on the amount of children one sperm donor can give life to.
