Elizabeth Taylor's Iconic Rolls-Royce Could Fetch Up to $3 Million on Auction Block
Her relationship with the car lasted longer than her many marriages.
Elizabeth Taylor's iconic Rolls-Royce could fetch up to $3 million when it goes up for auction next month.
The actress' beloved vehicle was custom-made and has become a legend in the antique car community.
Everything was customized to Taylor's liking down to the color, which she picked to match the wedding dress she wore when she wed Eddie Fisher back in 1959.
Taylor owned the Rolls, which only has 40,000 miles on it, for 20 years, longer than any of her eight marriages.
She loved the car so much, it traveled the world with her, even being shipped to Rome when she filmed "Cleopatra."
Want a shot at owning the vehicle? It hits the block on Aug. 6. Just want to take a look? The car is on display at the Pierre Hotel in New York from now until it goes up for auction.
