Engaged Servicewomen Get Wedding Dresses of Their Dreams for Veterans Day in New York City

Inside Edition was with a few good women as they picked out the wedding dresses of their dreams for free.

Air Force medic Selina Okyere got the surprise of a lifetime when she was shopping for a wedding gown and was treated to the dress of her choice in honor of Veteran's Day.

She and several other women are getting free gowns for their service to our country from Brides Across America, a nonprofit that donates weddings and wedding attire to first responders. The women gathered at Bridal Reflections salon in New York City.

ChanDreas Barkley and Cristina Araos are in the Navy and they are tying the knot with each other. Both found the perfect dress. Melina Ghuman was having the time of her life going through the racks. She serves in the National Guard.

A firefighter named Andrea, who doesn’t serve in the Armed Forces but still risks her life as a first responder, got to pick out her dream dress too. Her family couldn't hold back tears.
