Girl Surprised by Jonas Brothers in Hospital Says Visit Was 'Crazy'

Lily Jordan, 16, was set to go the group’s concert at Hershey Park but couldn't make it because of an emergency chemotherapy session.

A teen fighting cancer who was visited by the Jonas Brothers in her Pennsylvania hospital room last week described the experience as “crazy.”

Lily Jordan, 16, was set to go the group’s concert at Hershey Park but couldn't make it because of an emergency chemotherapy session.

So she took to Instagram and tagged the boy band, writing, "I was supposed to be at your Hershey concert tomorrow but instead I’m across the street doing chemo,” she wrote. "If y’all wanted to pop in, I’ll give you my room #.”

Her post went viral and the Jonas Brothers and Priyanka Chopra stopped by her room at Penn State Children’s Hospital.

“I was like ‘Oh my God. The Jonas are here and they are here to see me,’” Lily said as she described the moment during a press conference.

In a video shared of the moment, Lily is all smiles as she chats with the group.

Lily had said she was having a hard day due to the chemotherapy, and the visit was just what she needed. She has osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer, and has already lost a leg due to it.

“I didn’t feel sick anymore. It was crazy. It was just the adrenaline,” Lily added.

The teen said she was extremely thankful for the social media support that made it all happen.

“While social media can be a little bit of a dumpster fire sometimes, it can definitely be used for good,” Lily said.
