How Victoria's Secret Angel Grace Elizabeth Gets Ready for the Big Fashion Show
Leading up to the show, the ladies crank up their workout routines, model Grace Elizabeth said.
The Victoria's Secret Angels work out year-round, but leading up to their yearly fashion show, they really crank things up.
Elizabeth, who has walked in the show for three years, told Inside Edition she has a secret weapon to get in fighting shape: Muay Thai. Also called Thai boxing, Muay Thai is a type of sport that uses punches and kicks.
In addition to that, her trainer P.J. McMahon at Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City puts the 21-year-old through a vigorous strength-training routine. She does squats, pushups and other exercises.
Elizabeth thinks the combo has helped shape her body better.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show airs Sunday, Dec. 2 at 10 p.m. on ABC.
