Mailman Seen Dancing for Doorbell Camera: 'I Try to Entertain'

The footage quickly went viral after the homeowner posted the video to Facebook.

Neither rain nor sleet nor song or dance will stop this postal worker, who saw a doorbell camera as his time to shine.

Barbara Hickey from Orangefield, Texas, was about to answer the door for her regular mailman when she spotted him doing a little jig in front of the surveillance camera.

"It made my day," Hickey told InsideEdition.com. "The world needs more dancing mailmen in it."

After the video on her Facebook quickly went viral, the mailman Gary Shirley took his newfound fame in stride.

"I try to entertain the best I can," he told Hickey.
