Man Allegedly Breaks Into Home and Is Met With Pot of Hot Grease

He definitely got more than he bargained for.
A man received more than he bargained for when he allegedly tried to rob a home in Alabama.
The attempt ended with hot grease burns on Larondrick Macklin’s face on Thursday, authorities said.
Macklin sustained burns after the woman who lives in the Decatur home allegedly threw the hot liquid into his face.
Macklin was allegedly armed with a gun and the woman was defending herself inside her home, according to police.
Police said he was the “primary aggressor in the altercation.” He received medical attention and was then arrested.
He has been charged with burglary and domestic violence. It’s not clear if the woman knew Macklin.
His bond was set at $300,000 and he has not yet entered a plea
