Man Wins $1 Million Lottery on His Birthday

He bought the tickets in Tennessee as part of his celebration.

What better way to celebrate your birthday than with a lottery win?

Devon Brown, of Tennessee, got to do just that after he won $1 million from a Platinum Payout scratch-off ticket.

"I looked at [the ticket] 100 times," Brown told Tennessee Lottery officials. "I still think it's a daydream.”

Brown said he barely rested after the surprise birthday gift and headed to lottery headquarters the next day with family members.

Brown plans to keep his day job and invest his money.
