Massachusetts Man Wins $900,000 After Hitting Jackpot on 9 Tickets

He plans on paying off his mortgage with the earnings.
A lucky Massachusetts man has won $900,000 after hitting the grand prize on a lottery game nine times in the same drawing.
Robert Lundstedt, of Brockton, bought nine lotto tickets Monday night for the state’s Mass Cash drawing, playing the same numbers on each voucher.
On Tuesday, he checked the newspaper to see the results and found that he had won the $100,000 jackpot nine times over, totaling $900,000.
The winning numbers were 1-7-11-26-30, according to the state’s lottery.
Prior to the drawing, he gave one ticket to his son and one ticket to his daughter, both of whom were present Wednesday at the state’s lottery headquarters to pick up their checks with their father.
Robert Lundstedt collected $700,000 after taxes and says he plans to pay off the mortgage on his home. His kids said they will be using their money to help pay for college.
Mass Cash tickets are $1 each and drawings take place seven nights a week.
