10 Indicted for Murder After Man Dies in Psych Hospital

Video from a Virginia state-run hospital shows the last minutes of Irvo Otieno’s life. A commonwealth attorney says the 28-year-old was suffocated while handcuffed and wearing leg irons as he was being brought in for mental health treatment. Video shows 10 people, including sheriff’s deputies and hospital staff members, tried to restrain Otieno for 11 minutes. At one point he stops moving.
