11 Dead After Car Speeds Through Crowd at Filipino Festival in Vancouver

Eleven people are dead after a man allegedly plowed his car into a crowd at a cultural festival in Vancouver, Canada. Reports say the victims range in age from 5 to 65. It happened at a Filipino festival around 8pm Saturday night. Cops say the suspect drove an Audi SUV through a closed street. Two dozen others were injured.
