The government may be shut down, but an 11-year-old girl's new business is just starting up. Bella Berrellez was hanging out with her mom, a furloughed federal employee, when they decided to jar and sell their own brand of bath products. Bella started out selling them to friends and neighbors, hoping to bring in some extra cash for her family. When she expanded her sales online, the orders started pouring in.
