11-Year-Old Pulled From Lake After Falling Through Ice

An 11-year-old boy is pulled from a frozen lake. He had fallen through ice and found himself stranded. First responders use rope to bring them both back to land. The officers with the West Long Branch Police Department in New Jersey calm the boy down as he's crying and understandably shaken up. Officers reassure the boy he's not in trouble.
