$1.2 Million in Jewels Stolen From Store: Mall’s 5th Break-In This Year
Thieves got away with the diamonds, Cartier and Rolex. Employees of Queens Jewelers in the Westgate Mall in Spartanburg, South Carolina, watched in horror on security cameras as the small, family-run business was ransacked at night when the mall was closed. About $1.2 million worth of jewelry was stolen, the store says. “It sounds like something that's happening in a big city,” manager Wyatt Rolison told Inside Edition Digital. Leigh Scheps has more.
